What Does a Session Support Volunteer Do?
As a Session Support Volunteer, you will be the heart of our Friday afternoon drop-ins. Your main goal is to provide a warm welcome to everyone who walks through the door. You will assist with attendee sign-ins and ensure that everyone feels comfortable and valued while they wait for technical support.
While our Digital Champions focus on teaching digital skills courses, your role is about community and connection. You’ll be helping to foster a space where people feel confident to seek free digital skills training uk, making the journey toward digital independence a little less daunting for our neighbours.
