We are thrilled to announce that we have just a few spaces left for our upcoming Family Online Safety Course at the Roehampton Family Hub. If you’ve been searching for free digital skills training in the UK, this is your chance to learn in a supportive, jargon-free environment.
Why Join the Course?
Our digital literacy courses in the UK are designed specifically for beginners. You don’t need any prior experience to join. Over four weeks, we will help you navigate the internet safely, protect your family’s privacy, and build confidence using modern technology.
As part of our mission to donate laptops in the UK to those who need them most, there is a fantastic bonus: Upon completing the full 4-week course, you will receive a free refurbished Chromebook to take home!
Course Details
- Where: Roehampton Family Hub (166 Roehampton Lane, London, SW15 4HR) — just a short trip from Roehampton Library.
- When: Fridays (April 24th, May 1st, 15th, and 22nd).
- Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm.
Empowering the Wandsworth Community
Whether you usually visit the Southfields Library, Tooting Library, or Battersea Library, our programs are open to residents across the borough looking to improve their basic IT skills.
Beyond our digital skills courses, we are deeply rooted in local community programmes. We work closely with partners to facilitate computer recycling for charity, turning unwanted tech into tools for education. This not only supports local families but helps businesses hit their sustainability goals by recycling electrical items rather than letting them go to landfill.
